AOL Real Estate recently visited the Dancing Rabbit eco-village, an intensely green Missouri community. The structures are built from recycled materials like straw and reclaimed lumber and affixed with solar panels and rainwater-catching systems. Though residents hand-built their homes, one insists the living is "not that difficult." [AOL Real Estate]
