I love to cook and eat so healthy food choices are very important to me.

I haven't eaten meat since 1995 and I never miss it.
Recent Beachbody fanatic, I just finished Insanity and I can't wait to do it again.

I live in Barbados but used to live in Trinidad. I still miss it.
