Stepped on a Needle at the Beach - STDs - MedHelp

Today I was walking in the water at the beach (about 2 and a half feet deep) and I felt a small prick on one of my toes.??I quickly pulled my foot back and proceeded to sit on the shore, where I noticed that a small tiny hole had pierced through the water shoe (that I was wearing), and that there was a little blood had a come (a tiny amount, the same that would come from that of a shot).??I washed my foot through the salt water.??I'm not exactly sure whether or not it was a needle, but that's what seems likely.??My questions are:
1.??What are the chances that a disease was in the syringe as it was almost 3 feet deep in the water?

2.??What are the chances that I contracted a disease as I barely pricked myself through the water shoe, but it was enough to puncture me?

3.??What should I do next, as I do not have a lot of money to have health care, but what diseases should I be tested for and how long?

4.??Are there any doctors who live in the Los Angeles area who would be so kind to help me out, as I am concerned.

Thank you all so much, much love and serenity.??
